How Do Children Learn Through Play?
Play itself is an important part of a young child, toddler, baby and pre-schoolers learning and development. By playing with objects children are learning vital skills such as fine motor, gross motor, social interaction, reasoning, communication, imagination, & cause and effect. They act out things that may have happened to them in play as a way of making sense of the world. Play underpins all other learning as a child grows, it is helping to build the foundations for a child’s whole development and future education.
